Our Pampered Pet Points Program is an exclusive benefit that rewards you points for every purchase you make on ThePamperedPetMart.com website. The more you buy, the more you earn. Here’s how it works:

You’ll earn one point for every dollar you spend on a product from our website. Each dollar spent will earn you 1 point, which can be applied towards your next purchase.

Points are redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be applied toward taxes, if applicable, or any shipping and handling fees. Points are non-transferable and Points can only be redeemed once.

Points accrue based on the price of the item purchased, minus any discounts applied to the item’s published price and excluding taxes and shipping and handling fees.

Points are applied to your account when your payment clears. Please note that when items are returned for any reason, any points associated to that purchase will be subtracted from your Pampered Pet Points Program account balance.

How it works:

• Create an account by logging on (it's just below the "My Basket Contents" Box). It's that simple! You are now an active member!
• Place an order
  
• You will receive one Point per $1.00 spent
  
• Next time you place an order, you will automatically be notified of how many points you have when you login and also when you check out.
  

Guidelines:

• Only customers who create an account will be rewarded Points.
  
• If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you will not receive Points.
  
• 20 points = $1.00
  Example: if you spend $50.00 (not including shipping), you will accumulate 50 points which will equal $2.50 off your next order.
  
• Yes, you may use points with other coupons or discounts.
  
• If you would like to know how many points you have, just login and the top of the home page, right under “You are now signed in…” will be your Point total.
  
• You don't have to use your points on your next order. You can bank the points for a future order.
  
• Points must be redeemed in total. You cannot apply partial points to a purchase.
  
• At the time of check out, you will be asked if you want to redeem your points for this order. If you say yes, the points you have accumulated will be deducted from your invoice.
